At HillHouse Writer’s retreat we create your meals from the best, purest ingredients we can find. In every case, we attempt to locate ingredients locally grown (on our farm) or from a source in Tennessee. Whenever possible we use organically grown and raised fruits, vegetables sand meats and most if not all ingredients are made from scratch or are minimally processed.
We can alter our recipes to follow any food restrictions you may desire (vegan, lacto/ovo vegetarian, low fat, low salt, etc). Remember to be as detailed as possible when filling in the HillHouse Food Survey.
Though we have been compiling recipes for the HillHouse cookbook for five years, we have not yet finished the project. We will keep you posted. Until then, look here periodically for the latest creation by Ron or Justin.
